Here's a short but sweet one from Apple's Knowledge base. Having trouble with all but one key working on your key board? Have you tried another keyboard, and got similar results? If you log in to another account, does that key work fine? Well article number 25553 has a possible solution to one key on your keyboard not working. If you have speakable items on, you probably have the key that is not working set as the listening key. Go change that.
