Hung Lighting iTMS Charts On Fire |
|
 As first reported by 2GAMAAW Staff Member, sweetjimmyhugs, tracks from William Hung are now available from the iTunes Music Store. William Hung, as many know, was snubbed by the so-called "judges" of American Idol, but his from-the-heart performances and phenomenal stage presence slowly won over fans across the globe.
There are four "sneak-peek pre-release" tracks from Hung's upcoming debut album, and despite only being in the store for two days, have already been blazing their way up the charts!
Hung's hit verson of Ricky Martin's "She Bangs" has broken the top ten and is up to #5!
Two other songs from the release have broken the top 100; I Believe I can Fly is at 33 and Rocket Man is at 35 (at time of writing at least). Hung's other song, Free has yet to make an appearance in iTMS's top 100.
It's only a matter of time before his songs hit the top spot! |

I'm glad you wrote the article. You're all about building Hung up, and I'm all about tearing him down. You should have seen what I started to write but couldn't bring myself to post, it was very mean.

My friends don't need to listen to him, they have me! See, I knew I should go onto American Idle. I am the epitome of American Idle-ness. Oh yeah! I'm so lazy, I use a Mac because I can do a days worth of honest work in about 2 hours.

Uh ... I don't watch TV (well don't even own one) ... So I'm not too familiar with this William Hung person. I did however listen to the songs...
Has everyone gone completely mad!? It sounded like crap!

mj, he was a washout on American Idol. His funky dance moves (er... robotic) and brilliant singing (er... horrible, yet hilarious) brought him instant fame on the Web.
And yeah, it's hard to listen too more than once or twice, but pretty funny =)
