 Now for Something Completely Different...
Ok, this is a slight change of pace for us - usually our content consists of either crass or very lame humor, but today we gots something different for ya.

It's an article contributed by a guy who started out on (of all things) DOS , went thru the trials and tribulations of Windows, discovered Linux, and has recently been dabbling in Mac OS X. I think it offers a nice perspective - at least for me, someone who has grown up with Macintosh in their blood (Or rather McIntosh, as that was my Grandma's maiden name!). Here's a brief snippet:
I would like to offer another prospective on Mac & OS X for those of you that are Mac users/owners. I have heard ALL of the arguments from every direction regarding OS selection, implementation, usage, compatibility, etc. And instead of just offering one more opinion to the (literally) millions that are found all over the web, I am going to do something a little different here.

 Deep Thoughts
I scrambled to the top of the precipice where Nick was waiting. "That was fun," I said. "You bet it was," said Nick. "Let's climb higher." "No," I said. "I think we should be heading back now." "We have time," Nick insisted. I said we didn't, and Nick said we did. We argued back and forth like that for about 20 minutes, then finally decided to head back. I didn't say it was an interesting story.
