An Ode To My Mac |
|
Beauty, is what I see,
every time I look at thee.
For your curves are sleek,
and your presence so meek.
I see my reflection in your drive bay,
you are all I think about, night and day.
I could never replace you with another,
not even with a faster sister or brother.
I love you for what you are,
an awesome machine, that runs Jaguar.
I keep you updated with security patches,
so that you protect me from vicious hackas.
Panther is coming to give you a major update,
thats ok, 'cause I know you'll still run great.
We have a connection that is without bounds,
except for when my broadband provider is down.
I get a funny feeling every time you boot,
that I can answer the question, "Got Root?"
Your Uncle Steve is really a great guy,
but this poem is about you, and you're all mine!
Why do they call it an "Ode" anyway? |
