My Life In The Corps. Sunday. |
|
This is going to be a week long set of articles. Each one will be the events of the day. And because it's MY day in a military school, and not just some normal person, then you know it will be very "eventful". So lets get started!
Sunday
(Note: On all other days but Sunday, wake up time for me is about 5:00 because I need take a shower and shine my boots. Breakfast is at 6:15. But on sunday we get to sleep in until 7:30. But I forgot to set the alarm.)
5:00 AM: Alarm goes off.
5:10 AM: Alarm goes off.
5:15 AM: Alarm goes off.
5:20 AM: Alarm is hurled out the window. I go back to sleep.
7:30 AM: I fall out of bed. Literally. My bed is above my desk. So its a fall of about...6 feet or so.
7:31 AM: After healing my wounds I put on the uniform of the day. (We have 5 different uniforms.)
7:35 AM: The 1st Sergeant is yelling for my troop to fall out. I run down and get in line.
7:37 AM: It dawns on me that I'm not in the right uniform of the day. In fact, I'm in uniform from two days ago. Then I'm yelled at to go change into the proper uniform and I get 25 push-ups when I get back down.
7:40 AM: I eat a tasty, healthy breakfast/gruel.
8:00 AM: School starts.
3:15 PM: School Ends.
3:30 PM: Watch DVDs until bedtime.
10:00 PM: Bed Time
And that was day one. It gets better. Trust me.

LOL.....that's funny and sad at the same time. You poor guy. Very good post :)
Oh yeah, and if the 1st Sargeant gives you any crap, tell him you're with us - the famed "2 Guys, a Mac, and a Web Site. I'm sure he'll ease up on you then.
