 Well, I hate to keep focusing on the negative aspects of the Mac, but this is something I think should be known. I found this one in Apple's Knowledge Base, article number 107666, and it's a real short one, but rather important. If you are going to use an open firmware password Do not use a capitol "U". Otherwise, your password will not be recognized during the startup process, and that would be negative good. So don't use a capitol "U". |
