We've seen several iPod knock offs, Some of them more obvious than others. *cough*Super Shuffle*cough* So what happens when you have a great iPod knock-off, but can't think of a killer name? Simply knock off the name too. Meet the Ipod.
Make sure you take note of the capitol "I" and lower case "p" in Ipod, verses Apple's lower case "i" and capitol "P" in iPod. Because that is the only difference in the name. Congratulations Shenzhen, you have raised the bar in the iPod knock-off world, and your reward is a forthcoming Apple lawsuit.

People sue Apple ... Company's do something stupid and Apple sues them to make up the money that they lost. Legal system is amazing.

I love Apple lawsuits... well, when they win - I love Apple lawsuits.
And thanks for writing an article on a topic other than the IntelMacs.

Amazing. Astonishing even. And I can't think of anything intelligent to say about it, and it's making me very, very sad.

Sure that's an "i" and not a lower case "L"?
